This dress has great flowy fabric but it is cut really strange for a Regular in Women’s size, more specifically, it is way too high waisted and cut too close/ tight under the arms. It actually fits like a Petite size and I’m an average height 5’5″ 112. It may work if you are shorter or have smaller chest size, I am a 32DD for reference and tried both a Small and Medium, both had these issues.
