We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.

We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 or free for orders over $50): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50 only): Via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the desired item.
