Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
- Flats (due to direct foot contact)
- Heels (due to direct foot contact)
- Loafers (due to direct foot contact)
We make exceptions if these items arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately in such cases.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

- Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- For credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank’s processing time.
- For PayPal payments, refunds typically appear in your account within 24 hours of processing.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed. Standard shipping times apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
