Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Tracking included
Free Shipping (EMS)
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We cannot modify shipping addresses after orders are processed
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Sleekly Style purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following footwear categories:
- Sandals
- Flats
- Heels
- Loafers
Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately in such cases.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Customer Service

- Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days. - Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation. - Ship Your Return

- Wait for Processing
Once received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval status of your refund/exchange.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- For credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Exchanged items will be shipped once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping times apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund
International Returns
For returns outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- We recommend using the original delivery carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
